Gundy Holding Off on Naming Defensive Play Caller for Fiesta Bowl

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy had said back in Stillwater during bowl practices that he would reveal his plan as to who will replace defensive coordinator Jim Knowles and call the defense in the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl on Saturday, Jan. 1 against No. 5 Notre Dame. That has been a point of curiosity and debate with some since Knowles took the defensive coordinators job at Ohio State for a cool $1.9-million and a signing bonus.
