perhaps it is just my perception but there seems to be a huge difference between grad-transfers and other portal transfers.

meaning that most of our transfers-in were grad-transfers (or super seniors), while our transfers-out were recruited underclassmen that have trouble finding a new home via the portal

So Robert, if say Louisville plays a lower tier team and sees a player who has shown a skillset/talent level that Louisville would love to have on their team......who and what would keep that player from being informed he has an upgrade opportunity? Is it an NCAA rule? Enforced by NCAA? Does it apply to NIL groups who might tell LB Bobby Jones that they could use him in a marketing campaign but it would be more lucrative if he's at Louisville next year due to the higher profile that brings to their advertisement efforts.
