I'm not sure what to make of the portal, but I was under the impression that the change to the 25 man scholarship limit was going to cripple teams, and they would never be back to a full compliment of 85 scholarship players ever again.
Maybe one of you can research that and give us an update. I believe that Gundy was one saying that it would adversely affect OSU filling a full scholarship roster, without having to put a bunch of walk-ons on scholarship.
