Defense Comes Out of Spring Better than Gundy Expected

With seven starters from one of the better defenses in Oklahoma State's football history departed it is reasonable to expect a drop off for 2022. Spring showed if they drop, won't be far.

STILLWATER – We’re now more than 48 hours past the end of Oklahoma State spring football and Saturday’s Spring Finale. Usually, you walk away from a spring game/practice/scrimmage thinking about offensive players like quarterbacks, running backs, or wide receivers. Big plays, flashy performances are usual headliners in the spring. Saturday Jabbar Muhammad and his pick six off of starting quarterback Spencer Sanders had to grad some attention.
