STILLWATER – Oklahoma State is the latest school to enter the mix to land 2023 four-star corner, MarJayvious Moss.

Moss is a 5-11, 180-pound corner out Shreveport (LA) Northwood. He currently holds 15 offers during this cycle, including Baylor, Louisiana, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Minnesota, Mississippi State, New Mexico State and Tulane among others.

He’s currently listed as the No. 286th overall prospect in the 2023 class, the No. 31 overall corner and the No. 17th overall prospect out of Louisiana.

This past season as a junior, Moss helped Northwood to a 9-3 overall record, 4-0 in conference play. While the stats on the Northwood MaxPreps page only shows half the season, in six games, Moss recorded 42 total tackles, 30 of which were solo stops, including 4.0 tackles for loss, two interceptions and one forced and fumble recovery. He also posted three defensive touchdowns.

The Cowboys have had a lot of success recruiting “The Boot,” especially when it comes to corners, which includes current NFL corner Rodarius Williams and now LSU corner Jarrick Bernard-Converse, NFL receiver Tyron Johnson, current Cowboys De’Kelvion Beamon, Caleb Etienne, Na’Drian Dizadare, and former Cowboy player Jalen McCleskey.

Tim Duffie and Co. currently have one corner committed in the 2023 class, Dylan Smith out of Braswell HS in Denton, TX, the younger brother of current OSU football player, Cam Smith. However, they do have another defensive back committed in safety Kam Franklin out of Oak Grove, LA,
