More Charges Filed Against Ferrari
STILLWATER – A.J. Ferrari has more charges to answer to as the Payne County District Attorney’s Office filed burglary charges Wednesday afternoon against the former Oklahoma State wrestler. Previously, Ferrari was charged in Payne County with a sexual assault charge.
Now a count of third-degree burglary and another count of petit larceny were filed stemming from infromation provided by the Stillwater Police Department.
Ferrari has not answered the ciurrent charges, but an arrest warrent is out for Ferrari.
Ferrari was charged in August with sexual battery after Stillwater Police investigated a claim made by a woman who had received an emergency protective order against Ferrari in July.
Ferrari is accused of unwanted sexual contact with a woman who told police Ferrari made repeated nonconsensual sexual advances before getting physical. The woman claimed that he masturbated and then disposed of the semen on her body. Ferrari posted bail in that case on Aug. 4. He pleaded not guilty on Aug. 11. His next court date on that charge is Sept. 28.
