If Springfield is the starting RT how can anyone say this O-line is in a better position? A walk on!! LOL get out of here with that.. He may have been here for a bit, the only reason he has started is because we cant recruit the line to save our lives. Spencer about to run for the hills..

if you were referring to Birmingham, he's out for the season with an injury.

If you were referring to Webber, he's running 2nd behind Etienne, which is discussed briefly in the other OLine thread.

Everyone knows about Coles injury. We brought in a transfer that was running with the ones and probably had the starting nod over Springfield for the RT. All of a sudden there is no mention of him, he is also not listed on the OSU student index.

I think that is the school department/employee directory, which may have some student employees or student faculty.

I'm not positive, but I think you need a student account and access to SIS to view student information.

While it seems like you're trolling, I share worries if Springfield is starting RT. Technical ability is average. My biggest apprehension is his lack of strength and physicality. Too many times I've seen him get run over, lay hands come off the ball soft, etc. I hope Casey Collier is a better option.

Springfield has started 16 games for OSU, so he's much more experienced than either of the two new transfers.

Collier saw action in only 2 games in 2 years, and Brooks saw action in 7 starting 1.

and now these guys are learning a new system, with a new coach..... you might be wishing for too much there.

By the way if you want some damn investigation, Brooks is the most talented of the transfers that were brought in on the O line because when they analyzed his tape from Vanderbilt they realized he was holding his own against the fiercest of the fierce SEC DEFENSIVE LINEMAN even though his team was usually overmatched talent wise! The one thing Springfield has over him is the fact he has played three years in this system but doesn't mean that once Btooks gets acclimated he could take over the right tackle spot by game six or seven! He worked at both guard and tackle and was equally successful at both and that ain't no BS sonnyboy!!!!!!!!!

I have never made any claims about my intelligence or lack thereof, but I did work in Higher Education for over 20 years, and it is quite common to have a faculty/staff/department directory and a separate student directory, which is often times predicated by disparate databases running each system (HR system versus Student Information System SIS)

HIPAA is federal law and is quite active, so much for the Clown name calling, which personal attacks on others is not allowed.

If a student chooses in O-Key to make their phone number public then that will also be published. Students who have reason to not have any information published about themselves should contact the Registrar.

Gotcha. Well to be fair, not enrolled vs. not with the team is functionally the same thing week to week. Hopefully the latter is true so he still could be used later. But as of now, I guess he might as well not be enrolled from a contribution stand point.
