Y'all, Mason Cobb is off to a HOT start. Three tackles on that opening drive, including a tackle for loss.

Spencer and John Paul seem to have picked up where they left off last year.

Also, the defense is definitely showing its youth and inexperience on that second drive.

Definitely some growing pains with this defense right now.

But they came up with a solid stop there on third and medium to get off the field. Solid effort.

The offense stalls again, but Hutton booms a 43-yarder down to the two, which was followed by a TFL for a safety by Tyler Lacy. Goodness.

I'm so happy for Braydon Johnson. He's had a tough road getting to where he is and he's making the most of it.

I know there's still a lot of kinks and bugs to work out, but this offense is fun to watch tonight.

This offense is REALLY humming tonight. I get it's CMU, but if Spencer continues like this, the RBs continue to improve and the receivers get more reps, this could be a really good offense.

Defense is definitely young and inexperienced. Long way to go, but there's certainly a lot of promise on that side of the ball.

The multiple crossers and million pick plays totally confused our backers and safeties. I assume there's a lot of teaching points for the defense.

Yeah I actually talked to Robert about this on the way home from the stadium. He's going to go over everything in his review pieces tomorrow (Friday). They'll be chocked full of stuff.
