STILLWATER – Talking with Oklahoma State head coach in his locker room after the No. 7 Cowboys defeated UAPB 63-7 and Gundy was beaming about the special teams as he assists on that along with new special teams analyst Joseph Foteh. Gundy had seen some creative punt blocks courtesy of Arizona State the week before. It forced the Cowboys to spend extra practice time on working against those schemes to prevent having a punt blocked.
