TV Designation for Oklahoma State-TCU Announced
STILLWATER – Following the completion of the slate of Big 12 games on Saturday, the television networks have made the final decisions about next week’s games.
We found out last week Oklahoma State (5-0 overall, 2-0 Big 12 play) at TCU (5-0 overall, 2-0 Big 12 play) was going to be a 2:30 p.m. CT kick. It will now be televised on ABC.
The decision to place the game on ABC has to due with both teams being unbeaten and setting up a showdown game for first-place in the Big 12.
No. 17 TCU was on the road against undefeated No. 19 Kansas on Saturday and pulled off a late 38-31 win over Jayhawks.
The Cowboys, also 5-0 and atop the Big 12 standings, came back from a first half deficit against Texas Tech for a 41-31 win following a strong defensive effort in the second half.
Max Duggan was pretty good against Kansas as he went 23-of-33 passing for 308 yards and three touchdowns and one interception, while rushing for 55 yards and one touchdown. Running back Kendre Miller had 18 carries for 88 yards and one touchdown.
