Big 12 Conference Unveils 2023 Softball Schedule
STILLWATER – The Big 12 has announced the league's 2023 softball schedule and the Oklahoma State softball team has its official conference slate.
The 2022 Big 12 champion Cowgirls open conference play with a three-game series against Baylor at Cowgirl Stadium from March 24-26.
Oklahoma State's first Big 12 road trip will take it to Lawrence, Kansas, to take on the Jayhawks from April 6-8.
Back in Stillwater, the Pokes welcome Iowa State for a three-game set from April 14-16.
Consecutive road trips to play at Texas from April 21-23 and at Texas Tech from April 28-30 will be the Cowgirls' last conference road contests.
A Bedlam series clash with 2022 NCAA Women's College World Series champion Oklahoma from May 5-7 rounds out Oklahoma State's regular season.
A pair of All-Americans and four All-Big 12 performers return for an Oklahoma State team that claimed its first Big 12 title and a third consecutive berth to the NCAA WCWS in 2022.
Oklahoma State's 42-12 record (.777) is second in the Big 12 Conference over the last three seasons, trailing only Oklahoma. The Cowgirls have finished no lower than third in the Big 12 standings in each of the last six seasons.
