STILLWATER – While still August, the diamond sports will be starting back up before you know it. On Thursday, the Big 12 got us a little bit closer to that mark as the conference schedule for both baseball and softball were announced.
While the Cowgirls’ non-conference slate is much more extensive than the Cowboys, baseball will play two more Big 12 series, so we’ll start baseball.
Josh Holliday and the Pokes will play host to Kansas State, BYU, UCF, Texas Tech and Houston, while traveling to TCU, Utah, Arizona, Kansas and West Virginia.
As for Kenny Gajewski and the Cowgirls, they’ll play host to Arizona State, Iowa State, Baylor and Texas Tech, while traveling to Houston, UCF, Kansas and BYU.
