Former Oklahoma State Receiver Bryson Green Transfers to Wisconsin
STILLWATER – Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Bryson Green officially announced his new college destination.
Green took to Twitter Friday afternoon to announce he’s transferring to Wisconsin.
This comes less than a month after the Cowboys’ 24-17 loss to the Badgers in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl back on December 27.
Green, who checks in at 6-1, 205-pounds, chose the Badgers over Auburn, Oklahoma and Ole Miss, who were also reported to have shown interested in the sophomore receiver who played in 23 games for the Pokes.
This past season, Green hauled in 36 catches for 584 yards and a team-leading five touchdowns, before getting injured in the Bedlam game and missing the rest of the season.
As a freshman, Green hauled in 12 catches for 139 yards.
Green was one of three receivers to enter the portal in a two-day period after the turn of the calendar, joining John Paul Richardson, who committed to TCU, and Stephon Johnson Jr., who committed to Houston.
