STILLWATER – The February signing period is finally here and Oklahoma State is looking to put the finishing touches on its 2023 signing class!

Pokes Report has put together in-depth recruiting profiles on the new high school additions, as well as the transfers who have been added to the team since the December signing period.

You can click HERE to see the HS players and JUCO players who were added during the December signing period, which numbered 17 high school and JUCO players, as well as seven transfers.

Date Committed: 1/9/2023

Accomplishments: College: 2020 – 1st-team All-Academic Big 12; 2019 – 1st-team All-Academic Big 12; 2018 – Honorable Mention Freshman Offensive Player of the Year, Davey O’Brien QB of the Week, Davey O’Brien Great Eight (performance vs. Oklahoma State); High School: 2017 - District 8-5A Overall MVP; 2016 - District 8-5A Overall MVP in 2016

Key Statistics: College: 2022 - 6-of-7, 60-yards, 1-TD; 2021 - 2-of-4, 9-yards, 1 int; 2020 - 150-of-232, 64.7 pct, 1,602-yards, 10 TDs, 1 int; 2019 - 101-of-154, 65.6 pct, 1,020-yards, 10 TDs, 7 int; 2018 – 227-of-327, 69.4 pct, 2,638-yards, 17 TDs, 7 int; High School: 2017 - 3,570 yards through the air to go along with 38 touchdowns; 2016 - 3,329 passing yards with 42 touchdowns and just six interceptions; 2015 - 2,740 passing yards, 27 touchdowns and just seven interceptions; 2014 - 1,754 passing yards and 12 touchdowns

Scouting Report: Bowman has thrown for 781-yards and five touchdowns in going 1-1 in his two appearances for Texas Tech at Oklahoma State (2018 and 2020). He will be knocking off rust having played in only five total games in his two seasons at Michigan. He was often injured at Texas Tech including problems with a collapsed lung. When healthy, he was sizzling and put up massive numbers. He is big and is athletic. He’s not going to be a big threat running the ball, but he is more than capable moving inside the pocket and keeping plays going. I like his wisdom and his football IQ level. He will be a strong positive influence with the younger quarterbacks in the quarterback room and on the practice field.
