STILLWATER – I had asked the question throughout my radio show on Thursday. With Oklahoma State up a deuce and Texas Tech with the ball inbounding with 36 seconds you would have thought that you would want the 7-1 Cisse in because of his outstanding ability to protect the basket inside. Cisse was out and the Cowboys had a smaller line-up in and De’Vion Harmon hit the lay-up to tie the game at 68-68 with 18 seconds left.
