Watch: Mike Boynton Discusses Upcoming TTU Road Trip and "Vision Plan" Facility

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton met with the media on Thursday evening ahead of the Pokes’ trip out to Lubbock, TX, for the final game of the regular season. The Cowboys are looking to snap a five-game losing streak as they head into the Big 12 tournament next week.

Coach Boynton talked about a number of things, including the upcoming game against the Red Raiders and keeping his team in the right frame of mind while riding the five-game losing streak.

He also talked about the Big 12 tournament in Kansas City next week, including possible seeding.

Less than a week ago, the OSU Athletics department and AD Chad Weiberg announced an upcoming $325 million “Vision Plan,” which includes several new facilities and upgrades, which includes a new practice gym and facilities.

Boynton was asked and talked about the impact of a new facility on recruiting and the future of the program.

The Cowboys leave for Lubbock on Friday and will face the Red Raiders on Saturday at 5 p.m., with the game being televised on ESPN2. It’s Senior Day for TTU, while the Cowboys look to try and get that all-important eighth win in Big 12 play, which would snap the five-game losing streak.
