Check Out OSU Max for Mike Gundy to the Fans: His Topics, His Message

STILLWATER – Spring football at Oklahoma State started on Tuesday and this first week it will wrap up on Saturday. The schedule going forward will be Mondays-Wednesdays-and-Saturdays for practice. For Oklahoma State fans on Thursday is your session with Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy. Each Thursday throughout the spring Gundy will spend time in front of the OSU Max cameras and microphone sharing his thoughts on spring practice and the topics he feels are important around Oklahoma State football. The weekly sessions begin on Thursday, March 23 with number one. 

Gundy addresses new players, how spring needs to breed some selfish in his football players, how COVID changed everything and how Gundy is working to direct the program back to the way it was before COVID. The transfer portal has chanced so much and initially Mike Gundy felt it wouldn’t be that way, but now he has embraced it and seen where it can greatly help Oklahoma State football.

The Cowboys head coach also explains what the media complaining didn’t know about why the Cowboys can’t afford to take even one Saturday practice off campus for a spring game. It is all about our favorite topic recruiting.
