STILLWATER – We will have much more on it over the next few days, but the Oklahoma State football staff and head coach Mike Gundy hosted some of the top quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers. cornerbacks, and safeties for the camp known simply as “The Show.”

In the past, usually held at prime time on a Monday night, this edition of “The Show” was moved to matinee time on Wednesday afternoon.

So who were the top players that showed up? Did we have any players there that any d1 schools want? So far our camps have been very disappointing in the talent department

Last time I looked we were a D1 school… someone's got to the first to offer, why not us

So let's have camps full of kids no other schools are willing to offer just so we can be the first? This find the diamond recruiting is getting out of hand. It's a scary thing when no big time talent wants to come to our camps. Trending down

I just read the article again and nowhere in it does it say that no one else wants the or recruiting them… Maybe I just missed it and you can point that out to me ?

Then maybe you can tell me since you read the article multiple times who are the top prospects at the camp and what schools are recruiting them?

Why would a guy who already has several D1 offer attend a camp in middle of Oklahoma to show off the skill by paying an entry fee?

We need to find diamonds in the rough through this camp. That is the exact reason for this camp. More over most of the participants are for 2025 and 2026 class. So no one would have many D1 offers yet.

When your school generates buzz and hype recruits come to the camps. Especially a schools biggest camps. Finding the diamonds is ok but to solely rely on it is insane. The point is our biggest camps haven't attracted any major talent. We have had buzz before and we have had talent at our camps. This year is weak

Just because Robert did not post the other school's recruiting them does not mean anyone else is not recruiting them… I could be wrong and Robert would know but do most of these kids that come to these invitation only camps have to pay a fee to come or if they do is it a minimal amount? I don't know, I have heard it both ways

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This, many of these prospects are 2025 and 2026 recruits going into their sophomore and junior seasons and many have maybe received one or two offers but not really many beyond that! These camps are how they get exposed and then begin to pick up the offers off their performance! The 2024 kids are now making their official visits since they are the ones who have garnered the number of offers and are trying to make their final college choice!
