Wow....all those names bring back some great memories. One of my favorite memories involves Leslie O'Neal, watching from the seats at Lewis Field. My parents, brother & sister-in-law, and my wife & I had seats all together. My oldest son had taken a strong interest in football at a very young age, very attentively watching games on TV when he was 3. By the time he was 4, Chris was attending O-State games in place of my wife and would loudly & proudly proclaim that his favorite Cowboy player was "Leslie O'Meal!"....it took us quite a while (and a lot of giggles) to get him to pronounce his name with an "N" instead of an "M". Chris's love of Oklahoma State and football and defense has lived on to this day, with him becoming a Texas HS coach immediately after graduating from O-State, the past few years focused on defense. Oklahoma State Cowboys All-Super Bowl Team
STILLWATER – When the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs kickoff Super Bowl LV with quarterback Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday there will be one player with Oklahoma State ties and a pair of coaches, one on each side. There are no new Cowboys in the Super Bowl this season as wide receiver Tyreek Hill was there in Super Bowl LIV for the Chiefs.
