One on five never works in college. (the nba gets away with it, because that league is only about making a few clowns look super).
I hope they bench him if he pulls that crap again.
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State is looking to get back in the win column on Saturday as they’re gearing up for a rematch with No. 6 Texas. The Cowboys fell to the Longhorns back in December, 77-74, and are coming off a disappointing 81-78 loss to TCU this past week.
So, needless to say, the Cowboys are hungry.
And I’d venture to say there’s no one hungrier than the potential No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, Cade Cunningham.
Cunningham’s having an electric freshman season as he’s leading the Big 12 in scoring with 18.1 points per game.
Ahead of the Texas game, which tips at 2:00 p.m. CT on ABC, Cunningham was one of the feature stories on the newest edition of ESPN’s College GameDay.
It was a great piece that featured a lot of what the Oklahoma State faithful already knew, such as his decision to stick with Mike Boynton and Co. even with every other school in the country trying so hard to land him as well. Not to mention his decision to remain in Stillwater after the NCAA passed down a one-year postseason ban during Cunningham’s lone season at OSU.
There’s also a few nuggets in there people might not have known about.
