Oklahoma State Moves Up to No. 20 In Updated CFP Rankings
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State climbed to No. 20 in this week’s updated College Football Playoff rankings following the 43-30 win over Houston this past weekend.
That’s up from No. 23 in the previous rankings.

Other Big 12 teams in the rankings is Texas at No. 7, the highest ranked Big 12 team, OU at No. 13 and Kansas State at No. 19.
This marks the fourth-consecutive week the Cowboys have been in the CFP rankings, the first four-peat since making the rankings every week during the 2021 season.
Despite being ranked behind both OU and Kansas State, the Cowboys need just one more win to clinch a spot in the 2023 Big 12 title game as they hold the tiebreaker over both the Sooners and Wildcats.
They’ll have their chance to both clinch a spot in Jerry’s World and move up in next week’s rankings with a win over BYU on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT and will be televised on ABC.
