STILLWATER – Since it was hinted to me after the game, I couldn’t help but wonder just what the secondary ticket market was doing during the three hours and 55 minutes that it took for Oklahoma State to finish off BYU 40-34 in double overtime on Saturday afternoon. With Seat Geek and Stub Hub you wonder if there was a run on Big 12 Championship tickets at halftime with Oklahoma State trailing 24-6.

Very nice synopsis Robert! I keep wondering where all these people like old Poke 4158 and our buddy Crazy Stallion and a few others are these days?????? They were all over this site back when we were 2-2 and it looked like the wheels were coming off the wagon!!!! Disappeared into thin air? LOLOLOL

At the beginning of the season I posted a long ESPN match predictor showing OSU with a possible 3-9 season, I hoped that I could later edit it with a better outcome. I am an avid OSU fan but honestly I wasn't hoping for much after southern Alabama. Well there is nothing better than eating crow… Go Pokes!

eating crow is never good, but posting negatively against your team, then having to eat your distasteful words is about a bad as it gets. Not acceptable.

Guessing 10-2 and having to eat crow is acceptable.

Better than eating crow is to learn your lesson and not let that happen to a so-called OSU fan again.

In the past, I have been critical of our play calling and predictability of our offense and to an extent I still feel that way. But today I want to express what I think are important positives. Number one, our boys maintain their poise, they don't panic, and they play 60 minutes! I attribute this mental toughness to the culture Coach Gundy has created. Further, I think we have found a winner in Coach Nardo. He took players that had played under different coordinators the two previous seasons and instituted a NEW system! His half time adjustments results speak for themselves. Finally, given the fact that the six offensive linemen signed in our 2023 class were all successfully red shirted and have had a year with our strength coach and our system, I think this was good planning and bodes well for nest year. Go Pokes!

Complete hypocrisy! When Shane was here you were constantly bashing gundy and sanders. And that was your choice. I might not always agree, but it was your choice and I respected that. The comment section is for comments (opinions). You're correct that it does get old reading continuous debbie downer comments, but there is nothing wrong with stating your opinion on the message board. Especially if it is something that is factual. Like, I'm not a fan of Bowman. Last 4 games he's thrown 2 TD's to 6 Picks. That's a fact...a negative fact, but a fact. And if I do post something negative, I will happily eat crow instead of being right. Go Pokes!!

I have never bashed Gundy nor Sanders.

I have said that I think OSU is best when we use a pocket passer QB, and I provided the stats to back it up.


Eat that crow, since you are happy about it.

very nice... first you admit that you bashed the Pokes, then you admit that you are happy about it... and now you follow that up by calling me names and a liar.

you should have quit before you started, you're not doing yourself any favors.

just live with your self admitted fact that you bash the Pokes and then are happy about it, like you said.

you really did not have to call attention to your folly, but you did. So eat your crow and try harder to be a better Cowboy fan next year.
