Oklahoma State's Jaden Bray Goes into the Transfer Portal
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State red-shirt sophomore wide receiver Jaden Bray has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal. Bray went in the portal early Monday morning and became the sixth Cowboys player to go in the portal and the second receiver joining Blaine Green, who went in on Dec. 8. The six players in the portal from OSU include quarterback Gunnar Gundy, the son of OSU head coach Mike Gundy; freshman defensive tackle Ricky Lolohea, who left the team in August; safety Lardarius Webb Jr.; and walk-on offensive lineman Jake Henry.
Bray this season played in 10 games and had 30 receptions for 382-yards and two touchdowns, one at West Virginia and the other at Houston. He averaged 12.7-yards a catch.
Coming out of Norman High School where he had been a basketball star and had put together a strong junior season for the Tigers as a wide receiver. His senior season in football was diappointing with a quarterback that was not a good thrower and a three yards and a cloud of dust offense.
His talent was immediate at Oklahoma State as a freshman with 13 catches for 250-yards and two touchdowns. He played in only three games his second season and ended up with a red-shirt after an injury in fall camp.
His career numbers are 48 receptions for 686-yards and four touchdowns.
