Kobe Hylton "PERSONAL STATEMENT" from his 2019 H.S. Recruiting Profile:
"I've always wanted to play collegeball. My goals are to go to a powerhouse college and hopefully play in the NFL. I think that at my position ( CB ) I love to compete, and make plays, that makes me a good candidate for any team. I'm different from other recruits because you can trust me on and off the field, good academics, and a person who is dedicated. I'm a player who loves the game of football."
