STILLWATER – Tuesday is the start of spring football and after this first week of spring, which will likely include some unofficial visitors stopping in the form of football prospects that Oklahoma State has shown interest in and have interest in becoming a part of the Cowboys program. Times have changed in recruiting. The biggest part of that is the transfer portal. That’s right the transfer portal has changed high school recruiting.
