OSU Spring: First Day in Pads and Plenty To See and Plenty of Prospects There Looking

STILLWATER – It was the first day in pads and the Cowboys went through a two hour and 15-minute practice with close to half of the practice being what Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy calls “real football.” That is the difference Gundy said makes last week’s practices in helmets, jerseys, and shorts different from the full pads on the Pokes on Tuesday, April 2. There was plenty of drill work early and then right into the full pads.
