A really good coach can speed up the learning curve, certainly. Coming in new, but very experienced, gets the players' attention but its the talent at communication that accelerates the veteran players' buy-in and enhances the team performance. STILLWATER – It was clear back in January and February, first in recruiting when Paul Randolph was hired and immediately hit the road recruiting. He attracted attention from prospects he had already been pursuing, such as IMG Academy defensive end Alexander McPherson, who made an official visit this past weekend, or local defensive line prospects such as Denton (Guyer), Texas, standout defensive tackle Xavier Ukponu, who also visited this past weekend.
