What is the Oklahoma State Defense? What is a Tweener?

STILLWATER – April 27 will be the final day of Oklahoma State’s spring football practice. It will be the third straight Saturday with college officials, many from the Big 12 on hand to help the Cowboys conduct full scrimmages. It is giving both the offense and the defense plenty of work with different situations and a lot of “lay it and play it” real football.

This year's success, or lack of it, will hinge on our defense and whether or not they improve. The offense is a known entity and "should" be better. Though they had their moments, the defense was unreliable and porous. Amazingly bad in some games.

yeah, the 7 points scored against South Bama, and the 3 points we scored against UCF were impressive.

I expected defensive problems last year moving to that silly 3-man front, and I am thrilled to see us move back to more 4-man front.

Frankly, I am more concerned about the offense, especially depth at QB and RB, and the new TEs
