UPDATE: Saturday morning (Dec. 20) Iowa State’s Rocco Becht announced he would enter the transfer portal. He has heavy ties to his former head coach Matt Campbell and offensive coordinator Taylor Mouser who are both heading to Penn State. It is uncertain if Becht will play in the bowl game or not for the Cyclones.

STILLWATER – There are currently at least six full-time starting quarterbacks with a four-star or better rating.
