Oklahoma State Makes the Cut for 2026 QB Quinn Murphy
STILLWATER – Just a few weeks after ‘The Show’ Camp in Stillwater, Oklahoma State made the cut for talented 2026 quarterback, Quinn Murphy.
Along with Oklahoma State, Murphy included Arkansas, Baylor, Miami, Minnesota, Missouri, NC State and SMU.
Murphy, who was in Stillwater at ‘The Show’, checks in at 6-3, 190 pounds, and is set to be the starting quarterback for Argyle (TX) Liberty Christian, which is coached by former NFL great, Jason Witten.
Murphy is listed as a three-start quarterback in the ‘26 class, but is considered a top 40 quarterback in the class and a top-60 prospect out of Texas.
This past season as a sophomore. Murphy was stellar as he threw for just over 3,000 yards on 210 of 299 passing with 52 touchdowns and just eight interceptions. He also rushed for 242 yards and five touchdowns.
He started at Regents School in Austin as a freshman and completed 167 of 249 passes for 2,406 yards for 33 touchdowns and three picks.
We’re still a ways out from the 2026 class, but expect Oklahoma State and Tim Rattay to work hard on trying to land Murphy.
