Cowboy football’s assistant athletic director for speed, strength and conditioning, Rob Glass, also received a new contract and a pay raise, increasing his salary to $1.1 million, a $100,000 raise, and his new contract runs through the end of the 2028 season.

That contract is believed to make Glass the highest-paid strength and conditioning coach in all of college football.

According to the report from Wright, the 10 full-time assistants have all received raises of at least $25,000, with new defensive line coach Paul Randolph making $475,000 per season with his new two-year contract.
