STILLWATER – Oklahoma State got back on the practice field after a day off on Wednesday and the Cowboys coaching staff decided they wanted to see plenty.of action. Besides the usual special teams work, individual drills, inside drill, seven-on-seven, and group drills the Cowboys spent well over an hour working team with both situations and close to 30 plays of just putting the ball down and playing football. There was also some significant two minute work.

The offense is making all the noises here and outside. I am hyped for them. But the defense noises out of camp is far and few. Really hope we improve on defense, and not waste a top 25 offense.

Pass rushing and secondary making plays will be nice.

Hard to be a great defense when you're playing with one hand tied behind your back (touch football).
