Observations From Oklahoma State Fall Camp

STILLWATER – There are three practices left of fall camp. I consider fall camp over the day classes begin for the fall semester. It used to be that head coach Pat Jones would give the team a day off, as in no practice on the first day of classes because the focus was off. You know, back to class and the full contingent of students back on campus.

I would really like to redshirt Fields. He needs to get 10-15 lbs bigger. He could be special for years to come.

Oh, big fan of what I've seen on tape so far. Would have to think it's going to be tough for them to redshirt him this year.

I love the offensive line experience and the quality depth there of..At 82 years old I can't remember a time
when Pokes were this fortunate, and I haven't missed many games. I feel like we also have experience
returning on defense together with talented depth at all positions. Can you imagine having Oliver and
Walterscheid fresh in the 4th quarter thanks to Ezeigbo, and Armstrong. I think defense will also be much
improved. Lets go Pokes!
