Watch: Mike Gundy Postgame Following 45-10 Win Over Tulsa
TULSA, Ok – Oklahoma State rolled to an easy 45-10 win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricane at H.A. Chapman Stadium.
It was a successful day for the Pokes’ offense as Alan Bowman led the way with 396 yards and five touchdowns with just one interception.
Cowboys head coach Mike Gundy met with the media following the game to discuss all three phases of the game for the Pokes.
“I told the players that they did a really nice job today going on the road in an early morning game, starting fast and creating some advantages for us early in the game in all three phases. We had good plans, schemes to start the game and the players were able to execute it. We had too many penalties, nine penalties for 80 yards is not good. Those have to be eliminated. Had a turnover also. But, overall, them coming out and understanding the concepts, and then again at halftime, being up by four touchdowns and then just not going out and going through the motions and taking control in the third quarter.”
