That was so easy for them. Offense has nothing to be ashamed of. This game is all on the defense.

3 missed tackles on one play. Maybe 2 more on the play before that

Needs to find his own ride home as far as I'm concerned

Just remember, every loss brings us closer to replacing Dunn and Nardo. Dunn still in the doghouse because he sat on Rangel.

I don't see a bowl game on the horizon....
I don't see this program getting any better unless certain changes are made. Gundy is getting a dose of reality.

We still play some bad teams, if we can do that with BYU we can beat Baylor, Tech, and Tcu. Our last 5 games might be the easiest games on the schedule besides Tulsa. We only need 3

I'm playing arm chair coach here but 3rd and 2 from the 6 with 1:13 left why not run a play to get the first and get them to burn more timeouts? It's a risk but sending our defense out there is an even bigger risk.

Side note our Dline was basically non existent. It was like BYU was running drills against those tackle dummies.

I think it's one of those situations where you're moving the ball well for the first time in several games and there's no need to try and disrupt the rhythm, at least in that moment. Hindsight is 20/20 and seems like the logical choice, but I can't fault them for just getting it into the end zone.

In the end it was a pure case of forgetting fundamental football Zach! On the 35 yard touchdown pass all Cam Smith has to do is wrap up and he brings the receiver down at the 12 yard line but failed to do that! Also, there were chances to bring him down at the six and 3 yard line but that won't happen on a reach arm tackle, and that is on Nardo and the defensive staff!!! Not going to sugar coat anything, they, this team, essentially grasped defeat out of the jaws of victory tonight! Watch the replay of that last TD on ESPN.COM!!!
