WACO, Texas – I got a text message from a friend on Sunday citing several things that were wrong with the Cowboys in Waco, Texas on Saturday in the 38-28 loss to Baylor. He railed on the defense, far, but then he threw Alan Bowman under the buses that pulled out early evening from McLane Stadium heading to the Waco Regional Airport. I couldn’t let that go. Alan Bowman isn’t the runner that Garret Rangel, Zane Flores, or Maealiuaki Smith are.

Ok Robert, the most critical play of the whole game! Ollie fumbles AT THE ONE YARD LINE as OSU is about to take a 10-3 lead! Baylor recovers and goes 99 yards in FOUR PLAYS TO TAKE A 10-3 lead! If they are chasing us instead of us chasing them this game might have turned out differently! Score there and you may prevent them from scoring and go into halftime with a 24-10 lead or 24-17 lead at worst!!!

Well the second most critical mistake on offense was taking a delay call on the one yard line. That penalty and Ollies fumble cost us 11 points. Who would have thought we would let them go 99 yards and 95 yard later in the game.

Does our play calling only focus on one receiver per drive or am I just seeing things the last few years?

I don't know much about Canadian football but Presley seems busy for it

Exactly! We can't let any opportunities to score go by the way side. Our defense is probably in the bottom three in the nation so we aren't going to stop the offense very often at all. Our offense isn't high powered enough to make up for it. Sad sad year for Cowboy football. A year with so much promise has turned into the worst year under Gundy since the first one.
