Postgame Notes

  • Brennan Presley secured 10 receptions for 75 yards on Saturday night as he rose to new heights among the OSU record books:
  • Presley recorded the 294th reception of his career with his 18-yard grab with 12:26 remaining in the fourth quarter. With that catch, Presley passed Rashaun Woods to become Oklahoma State's all-time career receptions leader.
  • With his five-yard reception with 3:02 left in the third quarter, Presley became the fourth Cowboy in school history to reach 5,000 career all-purpose yards. Presley joined three CFB Hall of Famers in accomplishing the feat: Barry Sanders, Thurman Thomas and Terry Miller.
  • Ollie Gordon II finished with 121 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries to tally his third game of the season with 100+ rushing yards and 12th as a Cowboy. Gordon also tabbed his 10th rushing touchdown of the season, which marks the second consecutive season in which he has recorded at least 10 rushing touchdowns.
  • De’Zhaun Stribling tallied his fifth touchdown reception of the season with an eight-yard grab with 13:52 remaining in the fourth quarter that capped off OSU’s longest scoring drive of the season, which covered 94 yards over 15 plays.
  • On the night, Stribling finished with seven catches for 101 yards and a touchdown, which is the third time this season he’s reached at least 100 receiving yards.
  • Trent Howland tallied a season-high 47 rushing yards on eight attempts in the contest.
  • With TCU threatening on OSU’s 18-yard line with 8:45 left in the first quarter, Iman Oates scurried behind the line of scrimmage and sacked TCU’s Josh Hoover, which marked the first sack of his career. Oates also tabbed his first career tackle for loss on TCU’s opening drive after tackling TCU’s Savion Williams for a one-yard loss.
  • Oklahoma State’s game captains were Obi Ezeigbo, Justin Wright, Ollie Gordon II and Kyler Pearson.

Notable Streaks and Trends

  • Brennan Presley has multiple catches in 40 straight games, the second-longest active streak in the FBS.
