NIL and transfer portal, discussion of the House vs, NCAA lawsuit settlement, Mike Gundy hiring two new coordinators, and Gundy and the new coordinators hiring new position coaches and a few quality control assistants hasn’t changed anything. A huge part of building the Cowboy culture in football takes place in the offseason and spring.
