Oklahoma State’s 2025 season has come to an end in the finals of the Fayetteville Regional with a 12-0 six-inning loss to No. 3 Arkansas.

With the loss, the Cowgirls finish the season with a 35-20 overall record, their highest loss total since 2018, and the first time they failed to advance out of a regional since 2018, coincidentally enough over in Fayetteville as well.

They also finished with a 13-9 overall record in Big 12 play.

Pitcher Ruby Meylan got the start in the circle for the Pokes, going just two innings and giving up five runs, three of them earned, on six hits with two strikeouts and two walks.

She fell to 21-10 on the season with the loss.

RyLee Crandall came into the game in relief, going four innings and giving up eight hits and seven runs, just one earned, with three strikeouts.

The Razorbacks plated three runs in the top of the first inning, the first on a play at the plate where Audrey Schneidmiller applied the tag late to a sliding Kramer. They’d put three more across in the top of the third to make it 6-0.

The Cowgirls never could get anything going offensively as they recorded just three hits. They did, however, load the bases in the bottom of the fifth inning as Rachel Hathoot walked with two outs, and was then advanced by Audrey Schneidmiller with a single. Megan Bloodworth loaded the bases as she was hit by a pitch, but a defensive play by Arkansas ended the Cowgirls’ only threat.
