Wendell Gregory Arrested Following Alleged Thefts In May (Updated)
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State outside linebacker/edge rusher Wendell Gregory, was arrested by Payne County authorities on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 6:55 p.m. on charges stemming from an alleged theft from a Walmart in Stillwater back in May 2025.

Pokes Report has learned head coach Mike Gundy and his staff knew about the arrest on Saturday.
It’s seems strange for the arrest to take place now, after Gregory is coming off a record-tying performance against Tennessee Martin on Thursday night. In that game he recorded three sacks in the first half tying the Big 12 freshman sack record for a single game, also held by former Missouri and NFL defensive end Aldon Smith.
Gregory, a redshirt freshman, transferred to OSU from South Carolina in the spring and arrived in May.
The Cowboys are on the road in Eugene, Ore. next Saturday as they face the No. 7 Oregon Ducks for a 2:30 p.m. CT kick on CBS.
