Spring Football: Gundy "Old Guys Help the Young Guys"

STILLWATER – Just like we mentioned the other day, Oklahoma State super senior linebacker Malcom Rodriguez is just a little mischievous. Even now with the Cowboys in full pads the contact in practice is designed to be very plain and forward. Mostly thud contact meaning defenders fit up and wrap up but do their best to avoid taking ball carriers to the ground. The desire is for a realistic look for both sides of the ball while minimizing the chance of injury.
