Oklahoma State Offers Rising 2027 Georgia Edge Rusher David Parson
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State’s recruiting foray deep into SEC country continued on Monday as they extended an offer to rising edge rusher out of Georgia in the 2027 class, David Parson.
Parson, who checks in at 6-2, 225 pounds, is out of Union Grove HS in McDonough, GA, which is southeast of Atlanta.
Through this point in his recruiting process, Parson currently holds 12 offers, which include Oklahoma State, Kentucky, Liberty, Memphis, Ole Miss and Tennessee among others.
This past season as a sophomore, Parson was the top defensive performer on his team as he recorded 112 total tackles through 10 games, 54 of which were solo stops, which included 38 tackles for loss and 27 sacks. He also had three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and two pass break ups.
Through four games this year as a junior, Parson currently has 65 total tackles, 26 of which have been solo stops, 13 tackles for loss, three sacks, four QB hurries, one force fumble and one pass break up.
Needless to say, David Parson has been an absolute force for Union Grove.
