How is a lame-duck coaching staff made up of coaches who most likely won't be retained supposed to hold a recruiting class together for a coach that's not even there yet? Maybe not wanting to fire Gundy in December and having mass decommits then was in the thought process but this is likely going to get ugly.

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State will host recruiting prospects this weekend at the home football game with Baylor. Earlier this week there were a lot of prospects, including Oklahoma State commitments for 2026, that were signed up for the unofficial visits and the tickets and experience of going to the Cowboys Big 12 opener with Baylor. That list has thinned out some this week.
