We need to remember that these kids do have to protect themselves as the new coach could come in with schemes and plans that don't include them. They need to have options. Glad some of them are still considering being a Cowboy as one of the options.
Grant Seagren Entered Transfer Portal Last Week, Will Finish Season With OSU
STILLWATER – It was reported on Sunday by On3’s Pete Nakos Oklahoma State offensive lineman Grant Seagren has entered the transfer portal.
Pokes Report has learned Seagren entered his name into the portal last week and intends to play out the season in hopes of playing for the new head coach.
The 30-day portal window for Cowboy football following Mike Gundy’s firing ended on October 23.
Seagren played in the game on Saturday against Texas Tech. He committed to Oklahoma State in the spring after transferring from Nebraska.
He’s played in all eight games this season for the Pokes, and has been part of the resurgence of the run game the past few games. The Cowboys averaged nearly five yards per carry against Cincinnati last week with 154 yards.
