STILLWATER – Oklahoma State Cowgirls basketball fans had better hope that head coach Jacie Hoyt and her staff have been on the prowl looking for players in advance of the transfer portal for women’s basketball players opening. We know that doing that is technically against the rules, but it is being done. It is certainly the reason some of the Oklahoma State players have gone into the transfer portal.
