Oklahoma State Lands Commitment From Utah Transfer LA Sneed
STILLWATER – Jacie Hoyt and Co. have landed a third commitment out of the transfer portal, the first from the P5 level in Utah transfer player, LA Sneed.
Sneed is a 5-6 guard out of San Antonio, Texas, who was a former five-star prospect out of Wagner, HS, as the No. 27 overall prospect in the 2025 class, according to the ESPNw Top 100.
This past season as a true freshman with the Utes, Sneed played in 32 games, starting in 16 of them, and averaged 6.3 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. She shot nearly 40% from the floor, 34% from 3-point range and 65% from the free throw line in 26 minutes per game.
In the game against Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Sneed started and played in 21 minutes with five points and two rebounds before fouling out.
Sneed joins Lindenwood (MO) guard Ellie Brueggemann and the D2 Player of the Year out of Fort Hays State, Talexa Weeter.
