STILLWATER – We wrap up our summer series with the defensive backfield and this is where we find the first Oklahoma State (ne’e A&M) Hall-of-Fame inductee in Bob Fenimore. You see Fenimore could have classified as a quarterback or running back, but it is defense where he is still in the Oklahoma State record books.

Bob Fenimore, safety, Woodward, Okla, 1942-45

The native of Woodward, Okla, Fenimore led the nation in total offense and rushing yards in both 1944 and 1945.
