STILLWATER – Preseason lists season is here and Oklahoma State players are being included. On Wednesday morning, the Shriners Children’s East-West Bowl dropped its 1000 list, which is who they consider the top 1,000 players in college football ahead of the 2027 NFL Draft.

The five Cowboys listed are:
- QB Drew Mestemaker
- WR Wyatt Young
- OG Johnny Dickson III
- EDGE Jaleel Johnson
- LB Ethan Wesloski
Johnson is the lone returner from OSU on this list, while Mestemaker, Young, Dickson III and Wesloski all transferred to OSU from North Texas.
The East-West Shrine Bowl compose the list based on recommendations from NFL scouts and personnel and college coaches and personnel.
While there are only five OSU players listed, this list is not locked it, but merely a preseason list. If there are several OSU players who step up and earn a prediction to be drafted, they’ll be added to the postseason list, which is the one that matters because those are the players who play in the game.
