STILLWATER – The NCAA rules allowed Oklahoma State and every other Division I team more team practice this summer. The Cowboys had somewhere close to a dozen OTA style workouts this summer and that allowed them to get ahead of the normal starting point as fall camp opened on Aug.5 and continued with workout number two on Thursday (Aug. 6).
