The Halloween Bowl as it was billed throughout the week resembled a horror movie for many on social media. Iowa State beat Oklahoma State 51-49 at Jack Trice Stadium and may have effectively ended the Cowboys hopes of competing for a Big 12 championship.
There were certainly those on Twitter who had fun with what was a callback to 2010’s era Big 12 football.
